Two Weeks Left to Finish 75 Hard

I’m currently on day 61 of 75 Hard. For those of you who don’t know, it is a 75 day challenge that has the following aspects:

  • Read 10 pages of a book
  • One 45-minute workout outside, another 45-minute workout inside or outside (1.5 total hours)
  • Any sort of diet plan you wish (NO CHEAT MEALS)
  • Drink one gallon of water
  • Progress photo
  • No alcohol

This challenge has had some difficult trials throughout. Some include working until 2 in the morning or drinking several gulps of water before going to bed. The challenge has helped me develop a grit that I will use long when it’s over. When the going gets tough, I won’t quick on things that I used to quit on.

I’m looking forward to staying committed for these last two weeks and officially completing the challenge. Stay tuned for a deeper reflection whenever I finish!
